A New Achievement: Our Night & Mind Project Has Been Approved!

Through the activities we will implement within the scope of our Night & Mind project, we will equip youth workers with a scientifically grounded and innovative methodology to help them cope with digital fatigue and sleep irregularities, one of the greatest challenges in today's world. Our project will position sleep not merely as a physical state of rest, but as a critical cognitive performance tool that determines productivity, attention, and emotional balance in youth work.
During the implementation process, our participating youth workers will become experts in sleep biology and circadian rhythms, converting this knowledge into non-formal education tools such as drama, visual storytelling, and simulation. They will learn to manage the cognitive load of being constantly online through digital detox practices, and gain hands-on experience with concrete life skills like the 4-7-8 breathing technique and sleep hygiene box design. Furthermore, through collaborations with expert partners such as the Sleep Institute in Madrid and intercultural dialogue among youth workers from Estonia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Albania, and Turkey, our project will raise the European quality standards of youth work and initiate a long-term transformation by making sleep health an integral part of the youth field.
Stay tuned for updates! 🚀
