Day four of the Erasmus+ mobility program, coordinated by Generaciones Saludables España, kicked off with an empowering "Media Fast". Participants boldly deactivated their screens to sync completely with real life, trading notifications for stylish sportswear and a high-energy, one-hour musical workout session! 🎶 This refreshing digital detox was a beautiful wakeup call, showing everyone how to break away from the lonely virtual world and rediscover the joy of living in the present moment. After clearing their minds, the teams dove into an interactive round-table panel discussion to brainstorm creative, local strategies to prevent severe digital withdrawal conditions like Hikikomori. Proving that technology can be a force for good when used consciously, the findings were immediately shared online to inspire youth networks across the globe! 🌍 

The excitement doubled as the group took their newly found energy straight to the heart of Gijón for some incredible public action! ✨ The youth workers unveiled a spectacular photographic exhibition inside a bustling shopping mall, showcasing artistic collages that contrasted the beauty of offline reading with modern screen dependency. Parents, teenagers, and curious shoppers gathered around, eager to chat with the participants, grab informative brochures on digital balance, and learn how to travel Europe through Erasmus+ opportunities! To make things even more exciting, the group engaged in a hilarious "Body Language Game" back at headquarters. Partners had just three minutes to silently mimic each other's unique gestures, walking styles, and facial expressions without saying a single word. The room filled with non-stop laughter, proving to everyone that authentic human empathy and deep connections don’t need any verbal text or digital screens to thrive! 🤝

The grand finale of this multi-day adventure was a massive celebration of local institutions and traditional roots! The youth workers went on official stakeholder visits to express their gratitude, visiting the welcoming Gijón Municipality and the innovative Spanish Communication and Information Technologies Association to build strong professional bridges for the future. As the sun went down, the project area transformed into an open-session panel named "Unknown Addiction," where the resident staff psychologist and youth leaders hosted an eye-opening Q&A session for hotel guests and local residents. But the real fun started during the intercultural night! The entire delegation exploded into a festive celebration of traditional wedding rituals, using theatrical reenactments, music, and dance to bring the romance and folklore of 11 different cultures to life right on the stage!
